Alumni Band Performance, Practices Announced

The press release below was received from the Galion Synergy Committee:

The Galion Tiger Alumni Band will host Alumni Night on Friday, October 1, 2010 during the Galion High School football homecoming game. This event, which is in its 35th year, is open to all former Galion band members. Alumni will take the field for both the pregame and halftime shows. Those who don’t wish to march on the field are welcome to play with the band on the sidelines. Practices will be held at the Galion High School band room on September 5, 12, 19 and 26 at 6:00 p.m., as well as on September 29 (time to be announced). Those wishing to participate on the field must register before September 12, 2010. Those registering should include their name, year graduated, instrument they play and if they need to borrow an instrument. A $5 registration fee will be included. Alumni wanting to register for this year’s Alumni Night can:
