Avita Adds Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon

Avita Health System has welcomed Walter G. Bodjanac, DO, FACOS, Board-Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon to their medical staff. Dr. Bodjanac will be caring for patients at his new medical office on Fourth Street in Ontario.
Plastic surgery consists of both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, with distinct differences between the two. The type required is dependent on the underlying reasons for the procedure. Cosmetic surgery is elective and commonly performed when a patient would like to improve their appearance through procedures such as liposuction, breast lifts/reductions, nose reshaping, facelifts, tummy tucks, and body contouring following weight loss. Also included are less invasive procedures such as microdermabrasion, botox, facial fillers and chemical peels.
