According to Dow Jones, the transaction also involved papers in Illinois and Missouri, and is contrary to Versa’s past tendency to sell assets shortly after acquisition.

The last three meetings of Galion City Council have featured a number of citizen comments and reactions from City Council members and administration officials concerning the ongoing Olentangy River clearing project.
