    octoberfest1

Generations of Galionites have known a fall festival in Uptowne Galion, with food, rides, music, and more. This annual tradition was rekindled in the mid-1970s, and for the 35th time, Oktoberfest will take place in the middle of our city.

At noon on Wednesday, the streets of the Uptowne area will be closed and vendors and rides will begin the set-up process. This year’s festivities will take place Thursday through Saturday. As in years past, this Oktoberfest will feature some of the finest musical entertainment the state has to offer plus great food and fun rides.
